The kitchen is equipped with all you needs to cook up your favorite meals. The BBQ/Grill area is also a great place to hang out. There is a shared 1st floor laundry area with 2 stackable front load washer/ dryers, Second floor bedrooms with a queen size bed and a single daybed in one and a twin bed and trundle day bed in the other. The full tub/ shower Bathroom is located on the second floor. The private beach is steps away. The light powdery sand and shallow water make for perfect swimming . The Estate consists of a total of 4 rental units housed in both the main house and the carriage house. The one bedroom cottage is situated in a carriage house that also houses a three bedroom unit . These are side by side with separate entrances. There are two shared gas grills located In a covered gazebo. The estate has plenty of green space for greenspace for frisbee, bocce, soccer, etc.. There are 2 decks on the sand dunes that are available for our guests .This is a quiet beach that is perfect for water sports, fishing and sunset walks. Bonfires allowed at the beach only at designated spot. We are also just minutes away from the friendship trail bike path which extends from Point Abino to Niagara Falls, Ontario.
