About this apartment rental
Recently remodeled condo with new everything — luxury granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all new beds, mattresses, and linens. Free wifi and high-speed internet included.
Located in the beautiful, park-like setting of Telluride Lodge, right in the Town of Telluride across the creek from Lift 7 (Coonskin) — you can walk to the lift in your ski boots! There's a private ski closet for gear storage right next to the front door. Stroll the river trail to the Gondola and downtown, or hop the free Galloping Goose shuttle, which stops right across the street.
Hungry? We're just one block from Siam Thai and There (a funky tapas and cocktail bar), a short walk from Brown Dog Pizza downtown, and Clark's Market is practically attached to the building for easy grocery runs.
The condo accommodates up to 6-7 people: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, bunk beds (twins, best suited for children), and a high-end American Leather sleeper sofa. 6 adults max.
There are 2 bathrooms: one with a toilet, bathtub/shower, and sink; the second has a shower and sink only (there is only 1 toilet in the unit).
Hot tubs and grills are communal — one outside, one inside with a steam room and showers — located on the center spine of the property. A key fob (on the hook by the door) is required; a $150 fee applies if not returned.
This is a lower-level condo with a private deck — the tradeoff is you may hear upstairs neighbors, so we provide sound machines for a good night's sleep.
We adhere to our cancellation policy, so we recommend guests purchase travel insurance for peace of mind in case plans change.

We thoroughly enjoyed the place. You literally a 3 minute walk to lift 7. A little longer walk to the gondola or the Mainstreet of Telluride. Everything about the condo was perfect. Very clean, no issues. A convenient storage closet right across the hall to store your skis at the end of the day. A quick walk to a very good grocery store.Would not hesitate to stay there again.

We rented this condo for 4 nights in mid February and it was exactly what we were looking for! Location - Excellent location! Lift 7 is 1 block away, so it practically feels like a ski in and out condo. (Need to be comfortable with blue or black runs though). Within 10-15 minutes you can also walk to the gondola and various restaurants, bars and shops. If you don't want to walk that far or have your ski gear on, you can take the Telluride Goose Shuttle for free. It stops within a block of the condo and will drop you off at various points along it's loop. Condo - Condo had ample space for 4 adults to comfortably hangout and sleep. The gear closet and parking situation were A. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials and there were lots of extra blankets to stay warm.Note: There are two bathrooms, but only 1 toilet. Not a deal breaker for us, but something I missed when originally reviewing this condo. Hosts: Easy check-in and check out instructions. Fast responses. Overall, I would gladly stay here again and recommend it for others looking for a great ski condo!
