About this chalet rental

In the hamlet of La Villette, a recently renovated house offering a comfortable 5 rooms (100m2) with 3 bedrooms, an entrance with ski locker, a living room, a dining room and open kitchen. It is also the only building in Vaujany allowing direct access to the ski slopes, with an authenticity (built in 1836) and guaranteed charm in an exceptional environment: at the edge of a torrent with a view of the mountains, without opposite or joint ownership. The accommodation has been carefully renovated with modern and quality amenities: walk-in shower, Nordic wood stove, fully equipped kitchen, internet access, etc. All bedding is provided for 6 people. The accommodation has private parking and snow removal if needed for access is made by a concierge who also meets all requests during the stay. The shops (bakery, supermarket, ski rental) are 5 minutes by car.

The property (part of a converted mill) is just across a footbridge from the ski slope and has walking routes from the door – perfect for skiing and walking, and for being in a rural setting while close to a mountain village. The property is well equipped and comfortable for six, with heating provided by a heat pump. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful.

Spacious and comfortable house, nice modern style and well equipped, though tall people should watch their head. The everlasting sound of the small river bordering the garden brings immediate relaxation. We visited in summer, and enjoyed a few hiking trails that directly pass by the house, beautiful! The owners are very friendly and responsive to questions, highly recommended!

A beautiful spot with a very welcoming host. A perfect location to base ourselves for our skiing holiday. A lovely property with everything we needed. Steep stairs might make this less than perfect for those with very young children or limited mobility.
