About this house rental
Very spacious home located one block to beach. Great for extended families. Brand new expansive kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, and living room, deck/balcony. Lots of space. Separate Queen bedroom suite on 1st floor with full bath. Hardwood floors and ceramic tile throughout. Lots of sunlight, off street parking for 4 cars, new multizone cooling system. Also includes 6 beach badge
3rd floor includes balcony, king size bedroom with full bath, 3rd and 4th bedroom, additional full bath, laundry on 1st and 3rd floor, private rear deck, outdoor shower, BBQ grill, short walk to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Linens and towels can be provided at an extra cost from our local provider.

Would have given 5 stars but had an issue with broken AC as others mentioned.. A new one needed to be ordered so it was very hot up on the third floor for two nights. Also, the grill wasn't working and we bought a lot of food to grill up ultimately we had to use the oven instead. We were offered a two-night stay in the off-season or credit towards a future 7/night stay. Don't think we will be able to use. Enrico was communicating often and sending out people to help but we did have an inconvience (and a house full of little ones). Can't beat the location and the house was beautiful. Would have liked more outdoor space as the back deck is tiny.

The house was large and clean although there was Some wear and tear. The house is located on hwy 35. The Address on the listing could not be found in navigation. When we got here we realized it was on hwy 35. Over the weekend it was loud and busy but during the week it quoted down. The man next door takes care of the house and was very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a nice week and enjoyed our stay.
