About this cottage rental
If you desire to escape from the ice and snow then this is the ideal location. I am offering a vacation rental, fully furnished, available for 5 to 6 months during the winter season from November to March/April.
My spacious renovated 800 sq. feet suite includes a bedroom, master bathroom, living room and kitchen with all new appliances, including clothes washer & dryer. The amenities include a private, secluded and spacious landscaped garden with a pool, two patios, outdoor BBQ facilities and a large 14' x 16' covered Gazebo, surrounded with lush landscape and hanging orchids. Although your private living area is a separate apartment to my residence it has a private patio entrance through secured French Doors.

We had no issues with booking the trip online. Our stay was nice and relaxing, we had good communication constantly with Kathy. She is detail oriented and it was great waking up in the morning and eating breakfast near the poolside and that is the reason why we would recommend this location.

We loved the setting, which felt like our own oasis with great access to many great opportunities in the Orlando area. Kathy was such a gracious host and the cottage had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Beautiful spot!

The cottage itself is very nice, but the location is very awkward to access. It has a driveway coming off a busy intersection.
Overall, itbis a quaint little place, but keep in mind it is attached to the owner's house. You have no control over the A/C and we were hot every night.
The sheets looked rather unclean and decided to wash them elsewhere, prior to sleeping in them.
There are two twin beds that are separated by a night table.
