Cozy one bedroom condo, located across from the ocean and has a wonderful view of the pool.You can hear the sounds of the ocean while relaxing on the balcony. The condo is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator service. Condo includes a full kitchen and washer/dryer, internet, cable, and pool.The ocean is just across the street and with public beach access. The fishing pier, Freeman Park, local restaurants, and Boardwalk are a short drive away.Spend you "staycation" close to home, or choose to work from the beach. The property was exactly as described. The beach access was a little further than expected since they closed access right across the street, but it was a short walk. We didn’t try the fold out bed, but the main bed could use an update. Overall, the condo was super clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our short trip!

We had a great time! Due to some last minute changes we had to quickly find a new place for just the two of us. This condo worked out perfectly. Very clean and easy check in/out. The pool was also very clean, a little cool this time of year but still enjoyable. I’ve stayed at quite a few CB properties over the last 10 years, this one made the list of favorites. We really enjoyed being able to walk over to the pier, swim in the pool, and walk to the beach. We even walked to the boardwalk twice. It was truly a trip to remember as we got engaged at the CB state park! Just a short drive away. The hosts were great with very detailed check in and check out information. As someone who likes to know all the details upfront this was very helpful. Left us with no questions. We hope to return in the future.

Cute property. Owners were very responsive until I pointed out some uncleanliness issues we were experience. I haven't heard back yet. In addition to the cleaning fee, be prepared for a long list of tasks required before leaving. Overall, good location to beach and Tiki Pier where we really enjoyed ourselves.
