Spacious 5 bed, 3 bath, 2600 sf condo on the second floor in private duplex ski house located 1 mile south from entrance to Little Cottonwoods Canyon, in a very quiet neighborhood. 7 miles to Snowbird/Alta 12 miles to Solitude/Brighton.
Fully equipped kitchen and dinning area can easily accommodate 12 people. Laundry room and open entertainment area with pool table and a piano are located on the first floor of the house,

We have a caretaker there, who stays in an apartment on a separate floor, he maintains the property and is there to help you with any needs you may have.
The house was completely renovated in the recent years, tastefully decorated. All new amenities.
Babysitting may be arranged upon request. There is also an experienced driver/guide available for elderly guests.

This place was located in a very nice neighborhood close to all the ski areas and also close to shopping and restaurants. The house is very spacious and the bathrooms and kitchen appear to be newly renovated. We enjoyed our time there.

Overall we had a great experience. Nice open common space with kitchen, living room for us to gather. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us to have our individual space.
We were greeted by Chris, the care taker upon arrival who was able to show us around.
The only complaint we had was that it was not clear to us that this was a home that was also being rented out to others. Our space was shared in regards to laundry room, pool table, and grill use. This was ultimately not an issue for our stay but that would have been nice to know when booking, especially given Covid.
Otherwise great location to mountains and nice view from property
