Stay where almost everything is new but the charm of historic remains; full kitchen with a small dining table and chairs and a counter with stools, bathroom w/beautiful tiled shower, new windows, washer and dryer, high ceilings with exposed duct work and hardwood oak floors throughout. Ornamental iron security allows you to keep doors and windows open day or nite to enjoy our mostly perfect temperatures. Private lot with secured off street parking. Walking distance to downtown, San Augustine Cathedral, restaurants, museums, farmer's markets, micro brewery, historic walking tour, yoga, Visitors Center, El Tiradito and other public shrines. Short drive or bike ride to; University of Arizona, the best Mexican food in Tucson, hikes and gorgeous sunsets. Owner adjacent.

The home was everything I needed on arrival into Tucson. The enclosed yard provided a wonderful place to store the car and bikes for morning bike rides and evening treks to downtown locations. I stayed a month, and was quite content in a little oasis in the middle of Tucson.

Mi Casita was a great choice for our visit to Tucson. The house is centrally located in an historical neighborhood dripping in charm. Amenities were exactly as stated in listing. Would definitely book again!Cathy and Al

The place was very cute in a quiet neighborhood and great location. Joanne went above and beyond with great communication and providing us with a bottle of vinho, yummy chips and coffee. The decor was very southwestern with every art pieces placed with intention. The outdoor space too was so cute and peaceful. So charming! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!
