Our home is a short 6 mile drive from Hood River and and near one of best windsurfing and kiting launches in the Gorge. You’ll love our townhouse because of the view, comfort and convenience. It is set up for families with kids, couples on a romantic getaway, solo adventurers and business travelers working with local companies in Hood River, Bingen and The Dalles. Relax at our seasonal pool and year-round hot tub after a big day wine tasting, rafting, hiking, biking, sailing or skiing.

Property located just East of Hood River. Easy drive to Hood River, the Dalles, and Mount Hood areas. Mosier hiking trail right across street. Hosts are great people and fantastic to work with. Place was clean and kitchen had everything you could need. Awesome view down gorge to west with beautiful sunsets. Highway and train tracks do run below lip of hill but noise was minimal and did not bother us. Great rental offered by great people.

This was my first time staying in Mosier and I'm a new fan! The condo could not be in a better location for hiking the plateau trail and enjoying the delightful town of Mosier (which has jus the right amount of amenities). Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were both closed for our stay which was very disappointing as it was a beautiful weekend and part of the reason we chose this house. The condo itself is nice and feels lived in so we had all kitchen and bathroom items we needed. The beds were comfortable and clean the views from the living room and primary bedroom are fantastic. The noise level here is no joke and the owners have done a great job of sound proofing the condo - I am a person who likes to live with windows open and enjoy outside spaces and I found the noise made being outside on the river side of the house prohibitive. If you are not bothered by noise, it's just lovely. The noise was not an issue inside at all and I didn't need earplugs or anything for sleeping. Jim was a communicative and helpful host and we had a wonderful time!

The host went out of her way to make our trip smooth, so grateful! This was a perfect spot for exploring nature in the eastern gorge, then retreating to a cozy home. We loved the big views, well-stocked kitchen, toasty hot tub, and being able to stroll into town for tacos and river access. Our toddler loved the games and watching the train go by. Thank you!

We loved the property and Mosier is such a nice little town. The property looked and smelled very clean on arrival and the view was even more cool than the photos. We loved seeing the trains pass so closely and the sound from them didn’t bother us. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen had all we needed and we did cook a few meals. The taco truck within walking distance was delicious and the little convenience store had a nice selection. The hike to the Mosier Plateau was really pretty especially with the wildflowers in bloom. Would love to stay here again sometime!

This condo was much more spacious than we expected when looking at the pictures. Plenty of room for our small group to relax and have our own space if needed. We really liked the layout-the bedrooms were upstairs, which allowed the morning people and night owls to co-exist comfortably. There was also sleeping space in the office area and the couch was comfy enough to snooze on. The views were gorgeous, especially with a little snow cover. We saw a number of eagles and the trains were fun to watch. The unit itself was quiet (no neighbor noise), but people who want absolute quiet may not love the proximity to the tracks and highway. The hot tub was close and quiet-we were the only ones when we went. The condo is a quick drive to Hood River, a lovely town with great shops, restaurants, breweries, wineries, etc. The hosts were attentive but not intrusive at all. We look forward to coming back in the spring or summer to explore more!

We could not have asked for a better home base for our stay in the Columbia River Gorge! Jim & Shannon have everything you could possibly need in their spacious and comfortable condo. There is hiking across the street and many other activities within a short drive. The smoke during our stay caused us to stay inside more than we would have liked, but the view from inside was gorgeous, too.

Our week in Mosier was great! This condo was the perfect out of the way getaway we were looking for. The property amenities are very nice and the view is spectacular! Convenient to both Hood River and The Dallas. There was plenty to do and see within 10-15 minutes. We really could have stayed within walking distance all week and would have been perfectly happy. We loved the pool area as well. It seemed fairly new. The great thing about it for us was the privacy. Most of the condo occupants are owners, so this was not like a crowded vacation spot at all. Trains... These didn't bother us one bit. There is no crossing anywhere near this property so they never use their horns. I actually found the trains to be just as interesting as the wind surfers, kite boarders, stern wheelers, and other river sights. You can hear them though. All in all, we loved it! We would definitely stay here again. While we didn't communicate very often, we have the idea that the owners are great people. This is the sort of experience that brought us to VRBO years ago.

Beautiful townhouse with everything you need for a great vacation. Just minutes from Hood River, waterfalls, great restaurants and more! I traveled with my husband and 2 kids (age 7 and 4) and we had a great time! Comfy beds and STUNNING views of the river. My boys LOVED seeing the trains go by and the noise wasn't ever a bother. This townhouse is great. It is obviously very well cared for and is comfortably furnished. The views from the living room and master bedroom are spectacular; photos do not do it justice. The owners noted that the train tracks are close by, but the trains did not disturb us. The town of Mosier makes a great base to explore the Gorge. Hood River is close by and Mt Hood is a short, and scenic, drive. There is a great little restaurant and a new market just a short walk from the townhouse. We also found the owners to be very responsive and a great source of information about things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time to stay at this condo in Mosier. The location is very convenient whether you are exploring the entire Gorge area with all that it has to offer or staying local. The unit has lovely views indoors from both floors and both a patio and upper level deck to further enjoy the incredible Columbia river and surrounding views when the weather is nice. Despite being close to the highway and train track, the noise is minimal and not at all disruptive. The property itself is very well maintained and spacious. The kitchen is well appointed if you want to cook in. We have never used the pool or workout areas but they look inviting. You can easily walk to downtown Mosier and enjoy the Farmer's Market or the outstanding Mosier and Company restaurant. Hiking trails nearby will take you into the countryside with spectacular scenery and waterfalls. We love visiting Mosier and this is the perfect place to stay.

This home is beautiful , close to a lot of cool stuff in the Gorge. We hiked, fished and spent time along the Kickitat river, and saw some beautifully sites. The home is well stocked and very comfortable, and very clean. We used the hot tub to relax after our busy days and it was awesome. Some reviews mentioned train noise, wanted to mention that we did hear them, but it was a low comfortable rumbling sound that we both liked . We would love to return again in warmer weather, there is much more to do here. We loved this home

The home was very well stocked and comfortable. Pool was amazing and this unit is just about as close as you can get to the pool. I did meet some of the year-round owners who were polite and helpful - their friendliness made me be extra careful to keep noise down. We weren't a rowdy bunch, but when you are having fun and enjoying life, then one tends to be louder than normal. Back to the unit though - beds were super comfortable, master bath was spacious. Kitchen was modern and easy to use given that they had some standard appliances and cooking elements - olive oil, spices, etc. Thank you:)

We had a great stay in Mosier. This unit was represented very well by the owners. It has great views of the Columbia River. The kitchen was abundantly supplied with cooking items like oils etc. For us, the bed was a little too firm. Trains are frequent but our son loved it. My husband said he did wake up from a train but I did not, and we did not use ear plugs. The condo is beautiful and close to hiking and site seeing. I would recommend it to others unless your a light sleeper. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

This is a great location to enjoy the Gorge. It is a comfortable space with a drop dead view! It is only a few minutes from all the action in Hood River and easy access to the river and sightseeing. We prefer the laid back style in Mosier. The owners were great and very responsive when we had an AC crisis. They worked hard to get someone there ASAP and got the problem fixed. There is train and road noise but the building is so well insulated that you don't really notice it. Nowhere in the Gorge is free of some noise due to the wind - that's why we go there after all! This is our second year at Mosier Creek Condos and highly recommend this property.

The condo is extremely clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to cook great meals, including a blender for frozen margaritas !!! Beds are comfy, you will sleep well. View from the master bedroom or the living area is fabulous. You could just stand there and stare out the window for hours. But don't !! You must do the Mosier Plateau hike that basically starts right across the street from the entrance to the condos. Beautiful hike all the way up - in summer there is even a swimming hole-great picnic spot!! Go up to the lookout and you will have a panoramic view of the entire Gorge-not to be missed. Spectacular View ! I hiked up twice-that good !! The condo is 10 minutes from Hood River. So lots of great restaurants, boutiques, bookstore, fly shop, even a juice bar !! Go to the waterfront and watch the wind/kite surfers. If you are a hiker - the hikes are endless. Get a copy of Curious Gorge by Scott Cook-great descriptions and directions. Any hike with a waterfall will not disappoint. Multnomah Falls and Wahkenna Falls/Creek are a must-do. Fishing is also a must. We caught our limit (4) on Drano Lake - Chinook(King) Salmon. We could have stayed much longer and never run out of adventures. Enjoy !!!
