Welcome to GC1008, a cozy ground floor condo! The bright and airy living area opens to a patio, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with a view of the pool. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to create memorable meals with family and friends. The primary bedroom features a King-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds and a full bathroom just outside the door. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping. Accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably, this condo is an ideal retreat for families. Clean, cute, VERY comfortable, spacious. Love the master bath. Love the private patio. Love the first level. Love the short walk to the beach. I wish there was an option to purchase an additional parking pass *when available*. I wish I had brought salt and pepper ;-). Other than those to items it was perfect and we will def try to return to this exact same condo. PS: We didn't even notice the boogie boards that were available!!

Overall it was good place to stay. We did have a few concerns, when we arrived the kitchen floor had wet spots as if the cleaning crew did not get it all. The living room carpet is a green fuzzy carpet that sheds alot. We had to vacuum several times because of it. The ac worked great but in the master bedroom it was warm at night. Beach is close and great, the pool is also great most places that have condos always have small pools. Here it had great pools from 2 ft to 6ft kids had a ball. We did not find it on the listing but this property does not let you park golf carts. We could not rent one because of this and we were a little upset. we had a good time.

Beautiful condo, perfect location! We enjoyed the short boardwalk each day to the beach! The kids loved the pool too. We’ll be back!!

We are so happy to have found this place. It is comfortable, clean and beautiful. It has everything we needed. The building is also nice, great view to the beach, nice pool and accommodation. This is exactly what we wanted, to do our beach morning walks, then come back for breakfast and spend the day in the beach, come back for dinner and then to have a nice swim at the pool in the evening. Our boys had a great time. We highly recommend it.
