The whole home is usable including the garage. The washer and dryer are between the kitchen and garage inside the home.

We stayed in this home for our daughter's graduation from ASU, about a 15 minute drive. The owner was extremely accommodating and in constant communication. There were thoughtful extras in the home that we appreciated and it was the perfect size for my husband, our two adult sons, and our dog. The neighborhood was very safe and we enjoyed walking along the canal and the nearby parks. The backyard is very dog friendly and has a nice covered porch for the AZ sun. Definitely one of the best VRBOs we have stayed in!

We had just driven across the entire country (from Ohio) and were so incredibly thankful to have found this property. Traveling with pets isn’t easy, so finding somewhere that not only accommodates pets but makes them feel welcome along with their guests? Priceless! That was our host, Bob. His communication was great! The house was so cozy, clean, had everything we needed and most important our dogs had a beautiful fenced in yard to enjoy after 4 days on the road. He even had breakfast groceries delivered to us to make sure we had something to eat on our first morning there (along with treats for the pups)! We were even able to park in the garage where we could unload/load all of our travel gear. And do a load of laundry! And the location is awesome - so close to everything, including PHX airport (but not too close). I will absolutely recommend this property to family and friends for future travel needs. We travel with our dogs all the time. This house is an amazing dog friendly property. Only issue we had was watching the tv in the family room, the glare from the window made it hard to work the remote without blocking the glare of the sensor
