About this cabin rental
Mountain Majesty is a gorgeous 2800 sq. ft. 4 bedroom/4 bath cabin that sleeps 12. It is the perfect cabin for a large family or couples retreat, is private and secluded, and offers a hot tub and pool table! Located in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Mountain Majesty is a wonderful, comfortable, and convenient choice for your Smoky Mountain vacation!
Main Level:
-Enter into a living area with sleeper sofa and smart TV
-Game room area with pool table
-Washer/dryer
-Bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunk beds (sleeps 4) and smart TV
-Full bathroom
-Dining room
-Fully equipped kitchen
-Comfortable living room with brand new couches, smart TV, and a seasonal gas fireplace
-Access to the covered back deck with brand new outdoor seating and a relaxing hot tub
Upper Level:
-Main king size bedroom with sitting area, smart TV, and seasonal gas fireplace and full bathroom
-The main bedroom has access to the upper back deck with more brand-new outdoor seating
-King size bedroom with smart TV and access to upper back deck
-Bathroom with standup shower located off the hallway
-King size bedroom with smart TV and full bathroom
MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT THIS PROPERTY.
There is no cable, but there are smart TVs. Please bring your own logins.

● 1 small bar of soap per bathroom sink
● 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed
● 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed
● 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent
NOTE: If staying 3+ days, you may need more of these items and are responsible for providing extras. If
you want fresh towels/sheets, please bag up your used linens and bring them to our office for a linen
exchange.

The cabin in general was very Nice. There could have been a little bit more attention paid to the cleaning. There are a couple of broken furniture pieces that need to be fixed or replaced. We did have a couple of maintenance issues but the maintenance team was there almost immediately to take care of them. They were great!

The property was beautiful and exactly what we needed. The property managers are great and quick to respond. The house needed some tlc, but functioned as we needed it. Mattresses really need replacing. The ones in the bunk beds were half collapsed and the people who slept in them had to use a pillow to keep from rolling out.
