This deluxe unit features almost 1700 sq ft with a 52’ long, beachfront lanai. The oversized living and dining area and both bedrooms open to the lanai. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven and a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed with dressing area and bath. The guest bedroom has two twin/single beds and a dressing area and bath.
Our guests have access to the beautiful private beach, pool and hot tub area only. Resort amenities (golf, dining, tennis, room and maid service or fitness) are private and not included. No money is exchanged on the property.

This unit is huge, and while it’s a bit dated, was very clean. Views were great and it was a short walk to the beach, however the parking lot right next to us was under construction Monday through Saturday which started at 7 am on the dot. We didn’t mind the longer walk to the other parking lot, it was more so the construction noise that woke us up early every morning. The TV in the living room was small and only got cable, and the only smart TV was in the twin bedroom. One thing to note is that because this unit is “non participating,” you cannot go to the restaurant, the pool bar, nor can you order food or drinks at the pool / beach. Lastly, although this unit sleeps 4, you only get two beach chairs and have to pay for any additional. Next time, we will most likely rent through the resort instead.

Beautiful property with oversized balcony terrific for watching sunsets. Sandy beach was wonderful as was the pool. Property manager (FVC) was great to work with. Definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful, well-placed and spacious unit. Beds were very comfortable. Though everything was in working order, much of the condo itself is outdated. It’s a great value but just don’t expect it to be bright and sparkly. It is showing its 40 year age.

When I started the search for this property I plugged in 2 bedrooms, kitchen, pool, Tiki bar, restaurant and spa. Your listing came up with an asterisk annotated as "Notice". I didn't think to click on the notice, as that has usually referred to rules of the property. Imagine my surprise when I get there and find the things that mattered most were not available. Legally you covered your bases, ethically you were dishonest.
