About this cottage rental
Can Segui is a country house and villa with family style and private pool. Set in a peaceful garden with magnificent mountain views, this charming Mallorcan country house, formerly used for agriculture and livestock, has been recently restored with a simple and comfortable style and has become a vacation home for tourists, according to the instructions of the Ministry of Tourism of the Government of the Balearic Islands, with accommodation for up to eight people on 2 floors. The situation of the property (at the end of a rural road) allows tranquility and almost privacy, being ideal for family vacations.
The location of the house (at the end of a rural road) is very quiet with total privacy. The nearest neighbor is 50 meters near the house, which allows much needed rest during your vacation.
You can walk from the house to the port of Pollensa or the old town of Pollensa, by a pedestrian path built in 2012.
There are bars and supermarkets 1 km away from the villa, and it is also very close.
The crystal clear waters of the beach of Cala San Vicente (4 km).
Villa Pollensa Can Seguí is ideal to accommodate families with children and elderly staff.

This was a great property for two families with young children. Good pool and outside areas, well equipped inside. Clean and tidy, could do with a bit of update to the bathrooms though. Property owners were very good and kept in touch throughout the rental, visiting on our first day to make sure we had everything.
Good location for many beaches and other attractive towns and villages- but nothing within walking distance really.
Would recommend this place.

The property and position lived up to expectations. I know Pollensa well and love the whole area. The pool was a very welcome homecoming after the hot beach. Bedrooms very good size and airconditioning worked well. Would recommend this to all my friends
