Incredible 3 bedroom villa located in Wild Dunes resort with Links course views. Linkside Villas offers a wonderful resort feel with newly redesigned exterior, large pool, and tennis courts right out your front door. The villa is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen complete with new cabinets, granite counters, and a dine in bar for two. The Dining Room offers seating for 8 just off the kitchen. Relaxing is easy with the 12ft ceilings, oversized furnishings and rich hardwood floors. You will feel like your in one of Hemmingway's tropical novels!
The primary suite is located on the lower level with a king sized bed. The ensuite bathroom features dual sinks, glass shower and an inviting soaking tub. A separate sitting room with golf views awaits as you relax with your favorite book. From this room you can step our onto a screened porch overlooking the golf course. The upper level guest room is equipped with a queen bed. The main level guest room has two twin beds. Both guest rooms offer private en-suite baths.

Wireless internet is provided to the property. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is nonintegral to the agreement. PLEASE NOTE: Pool is closed seasonally starting Sep 30th - April 1st. No pets are allowed. No smoking is permitted. Rented Saturday to Saturday in the summer. There is a ring doorbell on the front door for added security. MUST be 25 years or older to book, NO exceptions.

Wonderful home with space for our family of 6! Beautifully decorated and comfy too! Stocked kitchen made cooking at home work well and having a golf cart to zip around on was delightful!

We loved the condo! It includes a golf cart which was not only helpful for the kids loved to ride it in! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The condo is beautiful. Really cant say enough about it. The check in was as easy as could be and the neighborhood filled with pools, tennis courts, golf, restaurants... perfect!

This condo is well-kept and in a nice cluster a short bike ride from all the Wild Dunes amenities. The golf cart was a huge plus for us. We enjoyed using the tennis courts just outside the front door, and we were just steps from the walking/biking path. Plenty of room in this unit for our family of six to spread out.

Clean beautiful property located on the Links course. Pool and adjacent tennis courts, large golf cart. Lots of comfortable chairs in the spacious family room. Bedrooms are big with comfortable beds and ample closets. Stairs might be tough for senior citizens but no problem for our group. A terrific rental property- we will come back.
