Fun at the beach!
Just two blocks from Silverstrand Beach, this cozy, sunny, beach home is perfect for a fun family vacation, exciting surfing trip with friends or just enjoy relaxing in the sun. Walking distance to the Channel Island harbor you will have many restaurant and shopping choices.
The bottom floor has a comfy new king-size bed (3/22) and TV in the master. It opens up to a romantic private patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening night cap.
The second bedroom has two new twin beds. Both rooms have ample storage, all bedding, with lots of pillows.
The upper floor boasts a fully equipped newly remodeled kitchen (3/22)with everything you will need to prepare any meal or a microwave to warm up a quick snack. The dining area seats 5 plus you can also eat at the kitchen counter, as well as this two-story house has a huge sunny deck with a gas barbecue grill and outdoor furniture. So you will feel right at home, the family room has a Tv/dvd player and all rooms are set up for internet connections.
As a bonus you can enjoy some quality family entertainment time in the converted garage. Or indulge in some 'us' time as the kids play on the ping pong, board and video games or watch TV. Also sleeps two in the Futon on those warm summer nights.
The home was just recently gone thru with a fairly extensive remodel. All the walls were textured out for a smooth modern look, ceiling fans were installed in both bedrooms, lighting was updated thru out, the kitchen is completely remodeled with a gas stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. The outside deck was resurfaced along with new stainless steel railing and of course the homes interior was completely painted.

Had a wonderful month here in this cute home with large sundeck, easy walk to pristine sandy beach and restaurants. Great accommodations, Ping Pong, gas BBQ, full kitchen, Smart TVs and comfy beds.
Owner is very easy to reach and responds in a timely manner.

House was very well stocked Hal and Jacklyn thought of everything right down to the sand toys and ping pong balls. Loved the deck! Easy walk to the beach. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home. We hope to stay again!
