PDN is a fenced and gated 3,350 sqft estate on 1.8 private acres, located 3 miles from Highway 15 in Fallbrook, California.

PDN features resort-style grounds with over 4,000 square feet of attractive SYNLawn artificial grass. The solar heated tropical pool and jacuzzi, which can be heated on demand, are accented by a striking pebble tech finish, a grand waterfall, and several seating areas—all thoughtfully arranged to encourage and enhance outdoor living.

Temecula Wine Valley, the city's historic Old Town, and the Pechanga Casino & golf course are just 8 miles to the north—a quick drive of 15 to 25 minutes. If you're thinking about booking a vacation rental in Temecula, keep in mind that Fallbrook tends to be around 10 degrees cooler during the hot summer months, making for a more comfortable and pleasant stay.

When you arrive at Posada del Norte, you'll see an impressive 17-foot privacy gate that smoothly opens to let you into the spacious driveway. The driveway at PDN can accommodate parking for up to eight vehicles belonging to registered overnight guests.

A stylish stained-glass double door with a digital lock opens to a vaulted living room featuring open beams and impressive views of the backyard, pool, and Fallbrook hills.

PDN’s kitchen, dining, and living areas share an open layout that encourages community. East-facing windows fill these spaces with natural light.

The spacious living room has three couches—two standard couches and a triple recliner—as well as a built-in entertainment center with a 75" smart TV (Direct TV included), a DVD player, and a large DVD library.

In the living room, three ottomans that can each convert into single beds are set up as a large "coffee table." The space is enhanced by a wood-burning stove for atmosphere (note: firewood is not provided but can be purchased nearby), and a 120-inch remote-controlled drop-down movie screen offers a fun home theater experience.

The kitchen is equipped with a professional DCS range w/double oven; granite counter-tops; 29 cu ft fridge; dishwasher; stainless steel microwave; an independent 5-gallon purified water dispenser; and most standard appliances including a 12-cup standard coffee maker; Keurig coffee machine; stainless-steel toaster oven; and a 4-slice toaster. The kitchen’s large central island makes it easy for everyone to pitch in.

The dining table seats six people, and there are also four bar stools situated along the kitchen counter in the dining area. This property was intentionally crafted to take advantage of Southern California’s mild climate, scenic vistas, and vibrant outdoor lifestyle. In addition to the indoor seating, guests can choose from two outdoor dining areas: the Gazebo Lounge and the Redwood Lounge.

Inside, five bedrooms feature Cal king pillow-top beds and elegant decor. The Library and Piano Room serve as the 6th and 7th bedrooms, each with a queen bed and similar furnishings.

Posada del Norte features three and a half bathrooms within the residence, as well as an additional conveniently located bathroom adjacent to the games area.

BR #1- Bordeauxxx is a spacious master suite with pool and mountain views. It includes a built-in entertainment center with a 52" HDTV, DVD player, electric fireplace, and a walk-in closet.

BR #2—Anashirazi, named after my son and a wine varietal, features a 42" HDTV and a double mirrored-door closet.

BR #3, known as Kianti and inspired by Kiani—Anastazi’s younger brother—and the renowned Chianti region in Tuscany, features a 32" HDTV and a double mirrored-door wall closet.

BR #4 – Zinfandel offers an entertainment center with 50" HDTV & a DVD player & a walk-in closet.

BR #5 - La Quinta offers a 32” TV, a tall chest of drawers & a double mirrored-door wall closet.

BR #6 The Library features stylish sliding barn doors, effectively converting the space into a sixth bedroom. Please note that privacy may be limited due to its location adjacent to the living room. The library is equipped with an elegant built-in wall unit and is permanently furnished with a queen-sized bed, an open closet, a nightstand, and a bedside lamp.

BR #7 The Piano Room is furnished with a queen bed, two nightstands, lamps, a dresser, & an open closet. The piano room is also equipped with an electric baby grand piano. Hanging barn doors & shutters make this space more like a bedroom; however, privacy is limited due to its proximity to living room.

The single-bay garage, which guests can use, features rubber flooring and doubles as PDN's fitness room. It comes with equipment such as a Bowflex Revolution; a Nordic Track Elite recumbent bike; an Olympic bench and squat rack; a dip/pull-up stand; adjustable dumbbells; medicine balls; a curl bar; a large 5' x 10' wall mirror; and more. Occasionally owner or staff may need to access either garage bay to manage electric or irrigation controls or to retrieve stored items.

AT&T fiber-optic wireless internet is available throughout the home and most outdoor lounges. While typically reliable, service can be inconsistent and is not guaranteed. WIFI speeds may slow significantly if all 18 guests connect at once.
The estate boasts an impressive resort-like setting, featuring seven unique spaces dedicated to relaxation, socializing, and entertainment. Each area is thoughtfully designed to foster outdoor living in exceptional ways. Expansive and stunning views can be enjoyed from nearly every lounge spot, many of which are enhanced by fire or water features. Furnishings range from plush deep-seating arrangements and chaise lounges to daybeds and classic redwood pieces.
The backyard features a striking waterfall, over 4,000 square feet of premium SynLawn synthetic turf, a four-hole artificial putting green, and a pickleball court that also serves as a 30' x 50' multipurpose turf area. See our amazing array of games below!
The landscaping includes flowering shrubs, exotic palm trees, succulent gardens, various fruit trees, an avocado orchard, and an elegant rose garden. Guests are welcome to pick and enjoy a selection of fruits, herbs, avocados, and roses from the property during their stay.
The Upper Deck sits above a 21' x 31' patio and boasts glass walls that offer remarkable views. Outfitted with a comfortable outdoor sectional and a spacious 11' x 11' cantilever patio umbrella, the space is both inviting and functional.
The Gazebo Lounge is arranged around the prominent multi-level waterfall feature. The gazebo provides plush deep seating for up to ten individuals, centered on a granite-topped fire table.
The Redwood Deck features a spacious 16’x20’ redwood pergola that shelters an impressive 12-foot rectangular table, comfortably seating up to 14 guests. Additional bar-height seating is available at a live-edge slab table. In the evenings, the faux propane fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere, complemented by string lights draped from the pergola. The deck also offers extraordinary views.
PDN's Bonfire Beach offers a propane fire pit topped with broken glass and is surrounded by four spacious redwood rocking chairs and four sturdy redwood benches. The bonfire provides fun for families, whether it's a warm summer night or a chilly winter evening. Guests may use the bonfire for up to two hours each day, but gatherings must end by 10:00 pm due to its close proximity to neighboring property.

PDN features a range of indoor and outdoor games, including board games, an 8' aluminum pool table, ping pong, 9' shuffleboard, pop-a-shot basketball, giant checkers, bocce ball, pickleball, and more. Please note: game availability may vary and cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen misuse, damage, or missing elements.

The games area additionally features a cedar-lined dry sauna, as well as shower and toilet facilities, providing comfort and convenience for individuals taking advantage of PDN's extensive outdoor amenities.

The large, outdoor granite BBQ island offers a 38" 5-burner grill, a bar sink, & a Fornoteca propane pizza oven!

We rented this home for my son’s wedding, paying nearly 1,200 per night, and were deeply disappointed by its condition. The kitchen was barely functional: refrigerator didn’t stay cold, ice maker and dishwasher were broken, oven worked intermittently, cabinets wouldn’t close, and granite had large, visible breaks. It was poorly stocked for 10 guests. Bathrooms were outdated, poorly lit, with no toiletries, and two towels per couple for four days. The master suite was slightly better, but still dated. The master carpet was old and uneven, creating trip hazards for our 87-year-old guest. Bedrooms had two hangers; when asked for more, a pile was left at the door. The library and music rooms lacked privacy and barn doors didn’t work. NO written directions for using the projector or other features were provided. The outdoor space was the highlight, with a nice pool, good furniture, and lighting. But most amenities advertised — basketball game, Skeeball, pool table, tetherball — were broken. The house furniture was in very poor condition.Despite multiple pre-stay discussions about the importance of this event, the owner never disclosed the property’s condition. When I raised concerns after, the owner first promised to “make things right,” but instead sent quotes for renovations scheduled months after our stay. The misrepresentation of the property left me embarrassed to host family and it dampened the celebration. I seriously question the integrity and ethics of the owner.

Perfect house for a weekend getaway with friends! Plenty of sleeping areas, big kitchen to cook in. The outdoor amenities definitely made the house fun for everyone! The hosts were also very quick to respond with any questions. Highly recommend.

The outside property is designed for large groups and get togethers however it is not allowed which is confusing. Parking is limited to really 5 vehicles and parking on the street is not allowed. Quiet time is 10 pm and is strictly enforced which again, given the outdoor area design is difficult to understand. We were here for our son's wedding at a local winery and originally thought we would invite people back to the house after the wedding to wind up the night but discovered that would not be an option. The owner, who lives on site is very accomidating within the rules and is also very friendly. Just a heads up for people that see the property and are thinking about using the outside area for more than 10 people.

We had a great week at this property. So many outdoor activities available to keep everyone entertained. The entire yard is amazing. We would definitely go back.

Was excited to book the property for our family could stay together for my daughter's wedding in the area. Looked forward to enjoying the amenities and everyone having their own room. The yard, pool, outside areas and activities are in abundance! Everything is provided (let them know you need pool towels). A basic expectation of a rental to have hot water in primary bedroom and guest bathroom for majority bedrooms, overshadowed the enjoyment of the house. There was one shower stall with hot water on the other side of house. Coordinating 8 people to bathe was extremely frustrating and challenging.Contacted owner who had us check water heater and turned up temperature. Allowed for 2 warm shower (total) and then back to cold showers and facet water again.Communicated again the issue and we were asked, as the renters, to look at the water heater again to see if we could fix. Did not feel comfortable doing this. While dealing with stress and details of a wedding, we did not anticipate that not having any hot water in the main section of the house would even be a concern. This should have been assessed at first call. Received a thank you for stay and the response to water concern and our disappointment, the next message was an apology for the inconvenience and "hoped I would understand that things like this can occur at any time" as well as have done a quicker response to the issue. Yes, things like this can happen, but should not last 6 days. This was a special trip for us.

We had an enjoyable stay at the property, which was beautifully maintained. However, it's important to note that the owner resides in a separate house on the premises. While they are very friendly, their residence is in close proximity to the rental home. Additionally, the property has strict rules that must be adhered to, including maintaining quiet hours starting at 10 PM and limiting the number of cars in the driveway to eight. Unfortunately, our family incurred an additional charge of $350 for exceeding the car limit and having visitors on the property past 10 PM. Despite this, our stay for our daughter’s wedding weekend was overall a positive experience.

Our recent stay at Posada del Norte was absolutely incredible! All of the outdoor spaces were so beautiful and we enjoyed so many different activities each day that we never left the property! The views are truly gorgeous. The house was super comfortable and with a well stocked kitchen and awesome grill, we cooked all our meals there. Marino and his sons were super helpful and communicative. We can’t wait go back!
