This home is located at 229 Beachwalk Lane, 6 doors from the pool and most amenities in the heart of Beachwalk. The fishing dock is across the street, and the large back yard is adjacent to open park area where music in the park is held during peak season.
Fully furnished with, games, fishing poles and an electric golf cart to use at your leisure. Two screened porches (upper and lower) in the front provide serenity. An upper and lower open deck provide a sitting area to enjoy everything nature has to offer. This home features a covered lanai in the rear of the house for added space and relaxation. There is a large backyard with a firepit for making evening memories. The back yard is adjacent to an open park area for your family wiffle ball game, or bags tournament and where music in the park is held during peak season.
The community is located directly across the street from Lake Michigan with tree lined streets, colorful houses, white picket fences, and its own private walkway to Lake Michigan. The community has a private lake (Lake Kai), swimming pool, park, playground, fishing docks, volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts, putting greens, and planned family activities. There are kayaks and paddle boards to use in Lake Kai at no additional fee.
