About this house rental
This fun and family friendly home has been set up for a fabulous Sunriver Vacation. The home is light and bright and has room for the entire family to spend time either together, or separately.
11 Pine Mountain Lane is located in a perfect area, just a short .25 mile walk to the SHARC, or Fort Rock Park. It is close to Tennis Courts, Golf and the Sunriver Village Mall where you will find shopping, entertainment and restaurants.
10 Unlimited Use SHARC Passes are Included with your stay.
The home is 2-level with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Upstairs, there is a King Master Suite, a second King Master Suite and a third bedroom with a King Bed and bathroom in the hall. The living room, dining room and kitchen are also located upstairs.
Downstairs is a basement with a 4th bedroom with a double/twin bunk and an additional twin bed. There is another full bathroom in the basement, as well as a family room with wet bar and flat screen TV. There is also a foosball table downstairs in a separate game room.
A portable crib and portable high chair are in the home for families with small children.
There are new TV's in each room. There are DVD players as well. The home has a gas fireplace in the living room for warmth and the furniture is newer and comfortable. The home also has a garage for your convenience.

There are 5 adult and 2 youth bikes to explore the miles of paved bike trails throughout Sunriver. (Please bring your own helmets)

Great property. House was comfortable, easy access to everything, nice hot tub. Family had a blast!

Great house. Quiet location. Tons of bones and Shark passes. Only downside was the previous renters likely had dogs and they had urinated on the carpet in two rooms. There was a heavy urine odor in one of the rooms.

The house is located in a great location. We loved the setup of the home where the kids could have some space to themselves. The hot tub was an added plus.

The property was absolutely great for our family with ages ranging from 1yr to 68 years. It was extremely clean and is very well stocked and has lots of amenities. Overall great place and is very well managed. We will be back for sure.
