Nice but needs much better beds.

Great place to stay if you are coming for work/study somewhere nearby

It’s a great place to stay if you come for work or a visit of the institutions around. Clean, modern facilities in the lobby and in the unit, I’ve also got a great view from my window. The staff is very helpful even though I didn’t speak much French. There are a few restaurants around and a small grocery shop right there.

I wish the unit was a bit bigger, as a solo traveler that wasn’t an issue but for two people it would be tight.

Practical stay for visiting École Polytechnique

The staff was friendly and helpful, both at day and at night. The 24h reception desk is a very nice thing to have, just in case. The lobby is nice and welcoming. The room was cozy.

The pillows smelled, and the mattress was stained. Some spots in the apartment had accumulated a lot of dust. During breakfast, the fruits were stale and the orange juice didn't taste fresh.

Lovely hotel if you are in that area. If not it’s really hard to get anywhere

A nightmare to get anywhere. I realise I shouldn’t have booked this area to get into Paris but it was on the road in from southern France after a long drive. In the reviews it said there is a metro. There isn’t. And there were no buses and the taxi was hugely expensive.

if you dont expect good breakfast and need to go to Palaiseau campus, it is a reasonable choice

The room, check-in etc. worked out fine, everything seemed reasonable cleaned and I could even check in before my actual check-in time, which was nice

The breakfast was quite bad, I had the feeling to be the only person taking breakfast, bread and cake tasted like it was from some days ago. There was an egg boiler, but the water in there looked dirty and I had to ask the staff whether there are actually eggs available because they were used up. In spite of several people being around, they didnt seem to care much about keeping the offer at the buffet filled...

Close to the L'X campus. It was convenient for the meeting. Breakfast was good.

Bang for your buck.

The property and facilities are very good. We are a combined family with six (adolescent) kids. We booked two studios, which was perfect for our needs. Staff were friendly. Great stopover just below Paris if you are on your way to the South West.

As the property is located on the science park, none of the restaurants there are open on Sunday. So if you stay on that day, expect to have to travel 4 kms to the next village for food.

Just what you might expect; nothing more nothing less

The place is clean and well managed. The staff is welcoming and helpful. It is accessible by bus (the main bus stop is right in front of the hotel) allowing to go to important places in the plateau de Saclay.

It was quite expensive for a simple "apartment" outside of the main activity centers in the region

A good option for a business trip.

The building and rooms look quite new and are decently well-equipped. Good internet and quite a good breakfast for France.

Only one of the two elevators was operational - thus long waiting time. The heater in the bathroom was making quite a lot of noise (unfortunately, have realised the root of the problem only on the last day of my stay). On the first day of stay the fire alarm sounded twice.

Very poor

Since I had an early flight back home, I have asked on the reception for a wake up call and taxi to the train station a day before my leave. I haven't received that wake up call, but fortunately, I woke up on time. When I came to the reception for the checkout and taxi, none was present and no note was available. Additionally, the doors of the hotel were locked, so I couldn't leave the hotel. I have been trying to find a receptionist who was sleeping for 10 minutes and I finally woke him up and told him that I haven't received my wake up call, he didn't even apologized. I think this was highly unprofessional, especially having in mind that I could be late for the flight, since I didn't know where to look for him and couldn't leave the hotel without him. I will underline that he was aware of the time when I have to go, and that reception table is open 24/7.

What can one say about the location other than it's one of the few hotels if you're attending university here. All in all, it be recommended for a short work stay.

The room was good, but not recommended for working, as there was no desk or a suitable shelf. The ventilation was very noisy and whistled, but this was alleviated by removing the ventilation grille for the stay. The breakfast was ok, but too expensive, but there are not many alternatives in the area.

Superb

Hotel is located some 20 minutes from campus on foot. Based on guests reviews, we didn't pay for breakfast in hotel, since there is Franprix store and boulangerie (bakery) on the other side of building. Studio was very clean (did we get lucky?), well-equiped , and everything was in working order. Some noise from studio above, but it was minor problem. Don't recommend this hotel if you have to go to city of Palaiseau, especially if you don't have a car.

Parking is not free (10euro/day), you need to be careful when park because of couple short turns. There are many construction works in area, so getting to hotel was not easy, our navigation wasn't aware of closed roads.
