die Lage ist Strand- und Ortsgünstig. Die Ausstattung küchenseitig war gut, im Gegegenteil könnte dies und jenes Überschüssige mal wieder aussortiert werden. Der Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist gut.
der Touch der 90er Jahre bei einigen Möbeln, Bildern und Lampen bedarf schon eines "besonderen Geschmacks" die Terrasse war ungepflegt und verdreckt, aber die unmittelbar angrenzenden Grünanlagen ausgenommen ! Lt. Zimmervermittlung gibt es hier wohl ein Problem der Zuständigkeit. Die Kosten für die Endreinigung sind überzogen hoch. Das bei dem Preis die Bettwäsche nicht inkl. ist, war uns für eine FEWO neu.
