The place around is amazing and the hotel is really nice, the gardens are spacy and there are some activities around to do dome walking or other activities
In the reservation it says with balcony (and the room didn't have it). The service sometimes was poor, the staff couldn't speak English, they were continuously entering or calling the room and felt a bit disturbing. The food quality completely change from 1 day to the other (weekend/holyday to normal day). The TV in the room was continuously failing, and the floor of the room was dusty
