Location is great, generally facilities are clean and beds were comfortable. Rooms are quiet. Swimming pool areas were well kept.
Some of the information wasnt shared on arrival i.e. wifi access or how to operate the air con. The hotel would benefit from some signage indicating where to park on arrival before checking in as the car has to be relocated to another area for the stay and we werent sure about it.

Nie codziennie była obsługa sprzątania, jak w innych obiektach, ale zawsze jak poprosiliśmy o dostarczenie czystych ręczników , płynu etc .nie było problemu

Wir hatten Halbpension und es hat alles gut geschmeckt, es war auch ausreichend. Diese Unterkunft passt zu jedem Wetter und man muss sich nichts ausdenken. Oben ist eine große Sonnenterasse mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Die Ostsee ist aber hier meistens rau...
Ich wüsste nicht was....Es gibt immer etwas zu kritisieren, aber hier könnte man diese Punkte mit einem Augenzwinkern ertragen....

Duży apartament z 2 pokojami , czysto . Śniadania ok .
Pomyłki personelu ,dzwonienie do pokoju i zabieranie czasu , zero przepraszam . Brak sprzątania na bieżąco .Rozmowa z panią sprzątającą , ważniejszą niż gość , który czeka na odpowiedź itp,itd . Słabo .
