About this apartment rental

Beautiful two bedroom condo on Lake Las Vegas. Gated community, access to club house, free WiFi, fully furnished. Only 20 minutes from the strip and walking distance to dining and golf. Two bedrooms, with two twins in the guest room and queen in the master. Large garage and patio over looking one of the community pools. Located within 30 minutes of several golf courses. Note: if you ask to negotiate the rates you will be declined.

We very much enjoyed our 2 month stay at Joby’s condo. The condo was well stocked with anything we would need including a wine refrigerator! There is a washer and dryer in the condo too. Lovely views of the pool and distant hills. We especially liked having a 1 car garage which I think is unusual for a condo. And there was ample parking very close to the building. Excellent location in Lake Las Vegas and the village.

Needs general maintenanceBugs in the kitchen drain and a very large “palmetto bug”AC issues and the technician never returned our call.Fire alarm went off twice for no reasonBathroom sink was clogged; used Drano but didn’t helpAnother unit decided to use 2 parking spaces for a moving pod, so parking became an issueGym was good; Location was great.
