Deva Hotel - All Inclusive

The food was excellent and there was amazing variety. Lots of different meal options given the small size of the hotel and small restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was hot and cold drinks available at all times for the guests and the bar was open until late in the evening.

We booked a double bedroom with a third foldable bed for 3 people. The foldable bed was very poor quality and we could feel a metal piece rubbing against us during the night from underneath the matress. The matress on the folding bed was thin and uncomfortable. They should replace them with real beds or better ones.

It’s not luxurious, but it is perfectly decent and comfortable. The rooms were cleaned regularly, towels were changed on time, and bed linen was replaced once during the middle of our stay. The air conditioning worked very well; however, the fridge did not cool properly, although we expected that based on previous reviews. One suggestion for the hotel would be to add a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries, as there is really nowhere to place them except on the floor. There is no hairdryer, but we brought our own, so it wasn’t an issue. Everyone was professional, kind, and helpful. Special praise goes to the young and hardworking staff in the restaurant and pool bar, as well as the lovely receptionist. The food was okay — the selection could have been a bit wider, but it was in line with the price. The ice cream was the best part, along with the cocktails. The pool was clean, and there was no crowding on the sun loungers.

The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the snack option, which was always the same: bread with grilled cheese and vegetable sandwiches (with no meat or deli fillings).
