Casa Rosa consists of three apartments each with their own separate entrance. The main house downstairs has two bedrooms, both with queen size beds. Upstairs there is a spacious studio and the one bedroom Penthouse.
The new one bedroom Penthouse apartment offers a large open floor plan on the second level, which includes a living, dining and kitchen area. There is also a queen size blow-up mattress to accommodate additional guests. There is a covered balcony overlooking the front of the house. There is also a full bath located on this level. The bedroom is located on the third level, along with a 1/2 bath. Step out the sliding doors to your private sundeck with a 7ft X 11ft plunge pool. (THE FIRST FLOOR POOL AND POOL DECK ARE FOR THE USE OF THE MAIN HOUSE AND STUDIO GUESTS AND NOT TO BE USED BY PENTHOUSE GUESTS) Enjoy spectacular views of the ocean, sun bath on the lounge chairs and enjoy a cold drink. This large private deck and pool is for the use of the Penthouse guests only.
Casa Rosa is located at the end of airport road, a 20 minute walk or a short taxi ride to town and Playa Norte (the islands most beautiful beach). There is plenty of parking in front of the house for a car or golf cart.
Come to Isla Mujeres with your family and friends. Stay at Casa Rosa to RELAX!! Here the days start with amazing sunrises and ends with picturesque sunsets. Collect shells, read a book, lounge by the pool, take a walk, enjoy the friendly people, and explore the island. Casa Rosa is perfect for a family. We rented out the top and bottom floor and there was plenty of space to hangout together but also separately when needed. A great location and ideal to get to either end of the island.

Casa Rosa is exactly as listed. I’ve had the pleasure of staying in this home a few times now and each time it’s amazing. The location is fantastic and the brewery on the corner within walking distance is a great add. Thank you.

We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door and flowers, a bottle of bubbly and a note wishing us a happy anniversary were on the table. The PH was exactly as expected. It had everything we needed. It was located walking distance to great restaurants and the grocery store. If you don’t like walking, would recommend getting a golf cart or take a taxi (100 MXN) one way either direction.
