About this house rental
The Casale del Gallo is part of a very old family estate.
After driving for a couple of kilometers on a country road in the middle of vineyards and olive trees you enter the vast garden with pines and cypresses. Inside the elegant house, composed by several rooms, living rooms and a spacious dining room, you will immediately feel at home. The big living room (100 sq mt) is the perfect place where to relax with friends enjoying a good bottle of wine, produced a few meters away. During the day, you can enjoy a nice lunch by the pool while admiring the unique landscape of the Castelli Romani.
The property is composed by three villas with a maximum capacity of 29 sleeping spaces. The layout of the three villas is as follows:
Casale San Carlo
1 big living room,
2 smaller living rooms,
1 big dining room,
1 spacious kitchen,
8 double/twin bedrooms, (5 of which with bathroom en suite)
7,5 bathrooms with toilet,
1 laundry.
Total sleeping space 17 guests
Casale San Giorgio (not included if up to 17 guests)
1 Living room
1 Dining Room
2 Double bedrooms (both can be done as twin)
2 Bathrooms
1 Kitchen
Total sleeps 4
Casale Sant'Antonio (not included if up to 21 guests)
1 Living room
1 Dining Room
4 Double bedrooms (3 of which can be done as twin)

Grand total 29 guests.
The two swimming pools are for the exclusive use of the house. If you rent only one or two houses you will only have one swimming pool for your use included. If you rent all three houses you will have both swimming pools for your exclusive use.
In reference to the activities/services, there are quite a number of things to do:
- Breakfast
- Lunch
- Private chef for a special dinner at the house.
- Wedding reception
- Cooking classes
- Wine tasting
- Daily maid service
- I would be also glad to help you organize your sightseeing and visits to the most important attractions at your convenience.
- Golf course. In order to play golf you need to bring your local golf federation card for insurance purposes.
- We can provide transportation from/to the airport, from/to the city center. In addition we can arrange visits to museums and different attractions in Rome.
- We can arrange grocery shopping of traditional Italian food, prepared just few meters away, such as local cheese, wine, oil meat and many other specialties.
The House borders with a Golf course, and it is possible to play (on request if holding a golf federation card).

We had a wonderful experience at Casale del Gallo! We had 27 guests staying with us on the property for three days and a 100 person wedding. Giulio was extremely helpful and answered every request. He helped us coordinated the entire weekend, including many of the wedding vendors and details. Our guests had the best time and the scenery was beautiful. Cannot recommend it enough!

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Italy. Giulio was a wonderful host and helped facilitate a family meal for us and our family living in the region. The grounds of the property were beautiful and the villa was good proximity to many of Italys must see places! I’ve privately messaged Giulio regarding areas that need attention. Overall this was a great trip and we’ve made memories that will be cherished for years to come.

We were 22 people staying at Giulio's house. As we are a remote company and don't see each other on a daily basis we decided to organise a company retreat. Giulo' s vila/little village was just perfect for this type of event. We all had seperate beds and everything was prepared wonderfully. Giulio is one of the most helpful landlords/host I have ever met. Anything we wanted he could solve in just about 10 min and he was very indulgent and patient with us as we constantly shifted our plans ( timing of transportation, activities, food allergies). Every spontaneous change we made, he could provide it to us without ever complaining. The villa itself is just magnificent, you feel like in an old Fellini movie in the family house with classic italian charm and the big estate with pool. Every dinner we had outside by the pool or in the garden, with very romantic setting. When we came back from the retreat and showed the pictures everyone was very jealous and I ( as the organiser of the event) got all the praise (eventhough It wasn't much work for me at all since giulio organised everything for us and could fulfill every request we had). All and all they were 4 magical days and we will remember them in our company for a very long time !

Writing this review, I worry that I will not do Giulio justice. Words cannot fully express the immense gratitude I have for him. I got married at Casale del Gallo this past Saturday October 27th. Giulio took care of everything with me, with professionalism, patience and love. First the location, Casale del Gallo is even more beautiful in person. Every detail of the house had the traditional roman castle feel. At the same time it still felt like a family home, cozy, elegant, spacious, timeless. We stayed in the three houses, and all of them had their own kitchens, so it was very comfortable for us. The bedrooms had the option to do twin beds or double beds, which was great to have that flexibility for our guests. The rooms and bathrooms were perfectly kept, with plenty of space to put away your belongings. Giulio’s support staff was also so sweet and helpful. The groundskeeper helped everyone with their luggage, and the house staff would clean and help answer any questions we had around the house. As soon as we arrived we all gathered in the huge living room in the main house, it was just so comfortable and wonderful to all be together. The dining area could seat a lot of people, and we were able to all eat at the same time. All three of the houses were beautiful, and all of my guests were happy with their stay. The trees and plants around the house were breathtaking, and we were able to walk around and enjoy the sights. The wedding planning from afar was what I was most worried about. But Giulio was always available to me when needed, and he was always on top of everything. He found the wedding vendors, he prepared a spreadsheet with me to track all of the items and costs, the room layouts for all of my guests and made sure to walk me through the agreements and payments we had. We had people flying in from Japan, Mexico, California, Alabama and more, and he managed to book private transportation for everyone! He handled everything from arrivals through the wedding and check out beautifully. And the wedding day itself was perfect. Diana prepared all of the decorations exactly how I asked. My bouquet was the most beautiful set of flowers I have seen, better than what you can find on Pinterest. I highly recommend you use Diana, she was so sweet and professional. If you are reading this and want to visit Rome or get married in Rome, I can promise you that you do not need to keep looking for a location. This is it, hands down. Thank you Giulio!
