Phoenix IX is one of the newest and most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,570 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.
This is a 'premium' unit offered to you at below the 'select' unit prices!!! We have installed all new furniture as of 11/14/18!!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix IX condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 48” flat screen HDTV in living room with wall mounted 32” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master bedroom and a King in the second bedroom, there is also a Queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
There is an outdoor pool with a secured kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool on the 7th floor with incredible views, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, and an indoor tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix IX with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please call or email to book a vacation to remember.
Parking: You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the parking passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1-10 nights is $60, 11-31 nights is $110, 32-61 nights is $210, 62-91 nights is $310, 92+ nights is $410. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

THE GOODLoved the amenities of the building! The condo itself is spacious and the perfect size for our group. Beach access is is great, wasn’t overly crowded. THE NOT SO GOODFurniture is very worn, especially the hide-a-bed couch cushions and the bed itself. The skillets in the kitchen were very old and had peeling teflon that would’ve undoubtedly ended up in our food if we used them

Property location was great, was very clean. Definitely would recommend. Could you a little updating, but would stay there again for sure. Views are amazing from living area.

We were disappointed. While the view was beautiful and the unit was spacious, the word penthouse floor is misleading. The unit is on the top floor, as are other units, but there was nothing remotely high-end about this unit. The furnishings are sparse, outdated, and some areas aren't very clean. The mattress in the master bedroom is bulging and needs to be replaced, as does the bedding. It was not worth the price, and we would not stay here again.
