Phoenix IX is one of the newest and most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,570 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.
This is a 'premium' unit offered to you at below the 'select' unit prices!!! We have installed all new furniture as of 11/14/18!!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix IX condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 48” flat screen HDTV in living room with wall mounted 32” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master bedroom and a King in the second bedroom, there is also a Queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
There is an outdoor pool with a secured kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool on the 7th floor with incredible views, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, and an indoor tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the parking passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1-10 nights is $60, 11-31 nights is $110, 32-61 nights is $210, 62-91 nights is $310, 92+ nights is $410. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Property location was great, was very clean. Definitely would recommend. Could you a little updating, but would stay there again for sure. Views are amazing from living area.

We were disappointed in the condominium in regard to cleanliness and an inability to comfortably use amenities due to a lack of routine maintenance. In both bathrooms there is an obvious mold issue in the showers as well as what appears to be water damage on the ceiling in one bathroom. The bathroom with the jacuzzi tub has not been properly cleaned seeing as when the jets were turned on, dirt/mold profusely shot out of the jets. The ice maker had its “new filter required” light on, so the ice that was made smelled a bit off. There’s also some sort of water damage on the baseboards beside the ice maker. The floors seemed to have been vacuumed, but not mopped. If you walked on the floors barefoot, the bottoms of your feet would be black. If you left the dryer door closed, it would fill with condensation and wet any clothing inside the dryer. Finally, the AC worked great in the bedrooms and hallway, but it did not work as it should in the kitchen, living room, and dining room area. The difference was not due to the windows/balcony - you could feel warmer air coming from the vents. As far as location, it was perfect. We just weren’t as comfortably as we would have liked to be with the amount of money we paid for the condo.
