The location offers a park-like feel, while the interior appointments provide oan ambiance of elegance, sophistication & comfort. The Gourmet Kitchen h cfeatures cherry cabinetry, slab granite counters, top of the line stainless appliances & barstools at the counter for casual dining.
The kitchen is open to both the Livingstonic on & dining areas, all of which feature designer lighting & plantation shutters. Italian stone flooring flows from the entry into the kitchen & bath areas. Thank Upscale carpeting is throughout the living, dining, and bedroom areas. We are a retired couple and spent 2 months at this Bankers Hill condo. Our host met us on day one and walked us through the apartment, gave us lots of good info about the building and the neighborhood, and answered our questions. The building is quiet and in walking distance of Balboa Park as well as many restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The other condo residents were very friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the roof deck with its great views. Although we had a few problems with appliances, our host was communicable and worked to resolve them. Would definitely return!

This is a great condo in a quiet neighborhood. It has everything needed for a long-term stay, and I was sad to leave. It had become home without my realizing it. It's a short walk to coffee shops and several great restaurants as well as Balboa Park. Christopher is a great host, having designed a very comfortable and well thought out living space. I highly recommend this condo.
