Perfect for outdoor living with plenty of covered patio space with stunning views of the mountains and golf course. The lot includes a large carport and golf shed. It is the ideal home for a quick get-away. Tri-Palms Estates and Country Club is an active 55+ community. 18-hole and 9-hole par 3 courses, putting green, swimming 2 pools & 2 spas, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, basketball, and use of the Community Clubhouse with its banquet room, restaurant, bar, billiard room, library, organized clubs and activities. It's close to Costco/Sam's Club, Lowes/Home Depot, Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage Resort and Casino. Eisenhower medical campus and Acrisure Arena with its professional hockey and world class concert performances. Easy access to I-10 just minutes away from shopping, dining and entertainment in Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, and downtown Palm Springs. Will negociate longer stays.

My sister and I spent the month of April at this property and had a great time. We shopped a lot! The malls are way to close and convenient and the house was great. Thank you Mr. Rau.

The house was exactly as shown in pictures. It was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed! We enjoyed being on the golf course but we were alittle scared of getting hit by one of the many golf balls that were flying our way! Lol. Our neighbor Carla was a gem... Ed was extremely welcoming and helpful if we needed anything.. thank you Ed.

I wish everything in life was this easy. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. The property was exactly as represented. We were very pleased with the location and the accommodations and would definitely consider staying here again. We enjoyed the peacefulness, the views, the hummingbirds and watching the cottontails play on the golf course early in the morning and later in the evening.

The home was sufficient for our needs & the owner was very helpful and accommodating. We had forgotten a couple of items which were mailed to us within a week. The location was quite and close to all amenities. We would recommend this rental accommodation.
