HOME HIGHLIGHTS:

- Complete Clean Linen Participant - ALL linens, including comforter covers, are laundered upon every checkout
Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: This property is perfect for a small family looking for a central location. This unit is in the heart of Watercolor, steps from the beach and town center. When you enter this charming home, you'll notice its coastal flair. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a colorful finish. The living room is finished with amazing access to a private porch and stunning hardwood floors. The master bedroom includes a plush king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The guest bedroom is located at the top of a spiral staircase. This room includes a queen bed and a private bathroom.

This property location was amazing! You are right behind the shops and coffee shops in watercolor and steps from the watercolor resort. Could not have asked for a better location. Condo was very clean and balcony was even updated from the pictures on the listing. The only thing that was a set back during our stay was the AC. We followed instructions and did not lower the AC below 68. However, we left for dinner and left the AC set at 70 and came back to the AC reading 80 in the condo. The upstairs room gets very hot due to this. They did have a little fan which helped our friends staying up there but I would bring an extra fan just incase

The TUB was NOT CLEAN. Jacuzzi tub water intake had significant, visible MOLD on and in it. The shower curtain also had mold on it. They obviously missed the bathroom with the extra cleaning they are supposed to be doing.
Dishwasher top rack was broken - kept coming off the rails
Upstairs was hot - AC didn’t cool it at night
Circulating fan upstairs was poor and loud
Bike had flat tire
Doors needed paint badly
