Plus, it's a straight 30-mile shot up Interstate 4 for great shopping, dining, and sightseeing in Orlando's eclectic neighborhoods like South Eola, Parramore, Thornton Park, and more!

Bright and open with pastel-colored walls, tiled and carpeted floors, and a refreshing mix of contemporary and heirloom furnishings, this home's very livable interior will quickly melt away any stress.

Catch an afternoon nap on the front hallway area's paisley print couch, or take out a favorite magazine and settle into the upholstered chair. You could also gather your group for a cable show on the wall-mounted TV in the second living area and relax in maximum comfort on the room's plush couches. Crack open a favorite beverage and head out back to the veranda where you'll enjoy lovely views of the neighborhood. When it's time to eat, whip up tropic-inspired meals using modern appliances and a variety of cookware in the full kitchen, which has a dishwasher. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
