About this cottage rental

Very quaint and cottage feel within walking distance of the heart of Blowing Rock. Just a stroll away from the Park and all of the shops/restaurants on Main street. Very peaceful with a beautiful view so close to downtown. The house is 3BR, 2 full bath with a beautiful sun porch. Our cottage interiors, original wood floors, gas fire place and cozy galley kitchen with shell amenities provide the perfect place for dinner in or out on the deck with a view. The large yard with a spacious corner lot offers a relaxing setting with the pubs, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away. This is THE PERFECT LOCATION for relaxation and downtown attractions.

The listing is 100% accurate, please read it carefully. We chose this listing because of the location ample seating in the living room and dining room. It is definitely walkable to downtown Blowing Rock but the road into the neighborhood is a short, steep hill and would be very difficult with a stroller. Also, if you are stay with an infant or toddler, there is no door closing off the stairs to the downstairs bedrooms. Keep a baby gate in mind if you need one. We had a wonderful stay! My husband said he would definitely book there again.

This space was perfect for my family. We had multiple adult couples staying and it was perfect. The location was great, with about a 10 minute walk to get to all of the major spots!

House was old but nice. Had everything we needed and then some. Would have liked the kitchen and bathroom to be cleaner. Beds were quite comfortable and very clean. No internet, but that's not necessarily a bad thing when you are trying to get away.
