This ground floor Golf Villa located on the 13th Fairway features recently renovated Bedrooms, Kitchen, and Living areas. The Hall Bathroom has just been completely renovated with new vanity, tub, tile, and flooring. Stainless appliances in the Kitchen, new tile backsplash and countertops, freshly painted cabinets and recessed lighting. The Master Bedroom has new King furniture as well as new paint, new carpet and new ceiling fan. The Guest Bedroom has two new Twin beds, new carpet, new paint and new ceiling fan. The Living Room has brand new furniture including a Queen size fold out sleeper sofa, new tile flooring, and new paint. New Dining Room table and lighting. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Sorry, pets are currently not allowed. Washer and Dryer are located just outside the door in the Breezeway. Only steps to the swimming pool and pickle ball/tennis courts and a short walk (4/10ths of a mile) to the beach access adjacent to the Whale's Tail Restaurant. The Resort features over 2,000 feet of full-service beach, watersports, and many other beach amenities. An 18 hole championship golf course, numerous tennis courts and a basketball court are among the resort amenities. Located between Destin and 30A, there are many excellent dining options close by as well as shopping and other entertainment possibilities. This was a great unit, which was very clean and updated, as well as fully stocked with everything i needed. It's a fairly good walk from scenic 98 and the beach, which is nice because it's tucked back along the golf course. It's quiet as long as the neighbors are. But it really is easy enough to get your stuff together for time at the beach by driving down to the parking lot across from the Whales Tail, and walk across the street to claim your spot on the beach. I loved waking up every morning to the rising sun through the pine trees in the back along the fairway. Had a great week.

We were on family vacation and enjoyed our stay very much, beach is really close, pool is nice and pickleball courts are fun, overall a nice place to stay at. Only thing would be the washers and dryers being outside the room, it would be great to be able and have easier access inside!

We loved our stay at this condo. This is our second year staying here. The only complaint is the washer and dryer outside of the unit. I want to be able to put my laundry in when we come back from the beach, while we are getting ready for dinner or at night before we go to bed. With the washer and dryer outside of the unit, you have to be able to stay while it is washing and drying. I don’t want to waste that much time. Also other people in the same complex have the same plan and want to use it. The big hallway closet would make a nice place for a washer and dryer.
We would still stay here again because we love the complex.
