One mile to downtown Ann Arbor! 1/4 mile to main UM Hospitals! 2 miles N Campus

Our unique guesthouse is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. We are located 1/4 mile from the UM Hospitals complex, 1 mile from downtown and the main University of Michigan Central Campus.

The entire guesthouse and the front patio area are totally available. The patio has a propane gas grill for outdoor cooking (instructions available upon request). There is no access to our main house or it's backyard. Parking is available in our driveway for 4 cars with additional parking on our quiet neighborhood street.
We have a strict no party/no loud gathering rule. Therefore, partly because of our quiet neighborhood surroundings and the recent Covid 19 variant “outbreak” (call it what you want), we would like a description of the nature of your visit: alumni football-game visit, wedding bridesmaids, touring Ann Arbor, etc.
World-famous Zingerman's, Ann Arbor’s gourmet tradition, is just a half mile away. (We hate to brag, but it really is the best deli west of the Hudson River). We've been eating there for 25 years.
The University of Michigan's North Campus is 2 miles.
The Cascades...a major new Ann Arbor amenity that provides canoeing and kayaking on the Huron River and hiking and biking trail opportunities, is just a short walk away.

For transportation, there is plentiful Uber and Lyft service throughout Ann Arbor. There is also an Ann Arbor Transit Authority bus stop a few steps away, providing a quick trip to downtown Ann Arbor (schedule available upon request).

Your main door has a Schlage digital keypad entry lock. We will provide you with your own personal entry code. The door automatically relocks after 5 seconds; no need to remember to relock the door.

We can accommodate up to 10 people: The large downstairs open great room has a queen-size bed. This room also has a large conference table, a 65" HD/4K TV with Xfinity cable service (that also supplies WiFi), a nice glowing (fake) fireplace and a comfortable couch.
The upstairs loft has 2 queen-size beds, 2 large couches (suitable for sleeping) and a nook with a chaize lounge and chair.
Downstairs also has a nice bathroom with a state-of-the-art shower and a full kitchen, which includes a full-size oven/stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, Kuerig coffee maker and dishwasher.
Your amenities will include luxurious towels and robes, combination dish with soap, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, and an iced cooler full of spring water.
