New Ownership! This highly desirable vacation home with an updated interior offers 2 bedrooms creating an ideal setup for a family vacation, a couple’s get-away, or even a good friend weekend. Get some serious float therapy at the best pool in Perdido Key or head to the nearby beach for some fun in the sun. Coordinate your next family reunion at this much loved, resort village with attractive coastal architecture and a truly laid back vibe. Amenities include the one and only Purple Parrot Tiki Bar, a lagoon style pool, a hot tub, an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, outdoor charcoal grills, and beach volleyball courts. There is something for everyone! PKRM proudly offers complimentary excursions like deep sea fishing, a dolphin cruise, a sunset cruise, golf and admission to OWA Amusement Park. These Perdido Keys 2 Fun adventures are available 1 per day thru the Xplorie app, once your reservation is booked.
If you prefer to hang out at the resort, you will find that the interior is well appointed. The living room is welcoming and furnished with a wall-mounted 43 inch flat-screen television, free Wi-Fi connection and a sleeper sofa for 2 additional guests. The Master suite offers a great night's sleep with a comfortable King sized bed, a flat-screen television, a private, full bathroom and a veranda. The guest bedroom offers 2 Queen size beds for 4 additional guests. The modern kitchen has been fully equipped to cook a gourmet meal and the dining table has seating for six. This vacation home will accommodate a group of up to 8 people including all adults and all children. Of course, Turner Key offers a screened porch aka a screened perch at this particular resort! A great place to enjoy your morning coffee or a beverage of choice while you hurry up and slow down at Purple Parrot!

This condo is fantastic and beautifully decorated. It is the cleanest one we've stayed in at the Purple Parrot (we've stayed in 2 others besdides this one). It had everything we needed. The couch is nice and comfy. The bathroom in the master is awesome, and has double shower heads, which is nice. The condo itself is set back a bit, which gives a bit of privacy. The porch is also very nice and has a porch swing and fans. The one and only thing that i didnt love was the bed in the master bedroom. It wasn't uncomfortable, but it's kinda weird. It feels like a king-size cot. When I first got in, it felt like it was going to close up on me. It didn't, of course, but that's what i thought at first. After you get used to that, it's pretty comfy. The refrigerator in the kitchen has an ice maker, which is a nice extra, and there is also a Keurig coffe machine, which most condo do not have. The pool and tiki bar with live music are AWESOME and they are why we go to the Purple Parrot every year. If you're trying to decide which condo to stay in, stay here. You won't regret it.

We loved our stay at this location. I have 2 boys (ages 11 & 13) and they loved being steps away from the pool. We enjoyed the 4th of July party at the Purple Parrot and then watching fireworks on the beach! The house is great with everything you need. The house was still a bit dirty when we arrived (sticky stuff on floor, chips under table, hair in master bath drains) but I cleaned it and let the property manager know. Just looks like they were in a hurry. Loved having beach chairs and minutes away from the beach. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The property was not as clean as it could be. There was dust balls on the floor, it looked like someone had gotten sick in one of the bathrooms and did not get it totally cleaned up. There was sand in one for the bedrooms and the drain in the bath tub in one of the bedrooms id not drain very well. One of the glasses had lipstick on it.
