This three-level home sits directly on the southern shores of Donner Lake, only one mile from boat rentals, barbecue areas, and tennis and basketball courts at West End Beach. You'll be just a few steps from the water's edge, five miles east of Sugar Bowl Resort and seven miles east of Boreal Mountain Resort.
You'll immediately feel at home in the great room, a showcase of alpine character with lofty cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows that frame the forest and lake. Grab a few logs to build a fire in the stone hearth, curl up with a good book, or catch up with friends and family on one of the comfortable leather sofas. You'll have all the necessary appliances to whip up a homemade breakfast in the full kitchen, bar seating, an open dining space, and a dishwasher to handle the clean-up.
Spend your summer days swimming, water-skiing, or wakeboarding in the crystal clear waters of Donner Lake, fishing or dangling your feet from the pier, and gazing at the mirror-like reflection of the mountains at sunset. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great house for a weekend trip to the snow with plenty of space, amazing views, and easy access to skiing and restaurants. Kids loved running around and playing, despite minor inconveniences.
