Great one bedroom apartment with living room, dining room one bathroom. Sleeps 4. Sofa open to queen bed. It's located in LA. area within 10 -35 min. driving distance to LAX (within 15 min.) Downtown LA. (Staple Center, LA Live),Beaches, Hollywood, Shopping mall, Large grocery(Food 4 Less) store within 5 min. Hollywood Park Casino. Jesse Owens Park and Par 3 golf Course within 5 min. Chester Washington 18 holes golf course within 10 min from unit. Total furnish with fully functional kitchen, fridge with ice maker, Cooking utensils etc. Coffee maker. Free Wi-Fi, Two Flat Screen Smart TVs with RoKu, Large array of DVDs in case you don't want to steam through RoKu. Washer/dryer, BBQ grill on back outside porch. Church on opposite side of street. The stay was great, the owner was very communicative. The house was very nice and comfortable. The owner left some breakfast foods in the fridge which was very kind. You will need to keep up with cleaning while you are there so you aren't rushing around last minute and risk forgetting things. Overall, great stay.

Host went above and beyond to create a comfortable place to stay. Easy street parking. Plenty of kitchen utensiles and servoce wear. Smaller place, but perfect for two people.
