A Whispering Stream has become one of the most popular homes for families, groups of friends & corporate gatherings in our Yonder portfolio. With a hot tub, waterfall, Zen Garden, fire pit, game room, and more, you will delight in the extraordinary experience and escape.
Perched on a knoll of the mountainside, A Whispering Stream is only a 50-minute drive south of downtown Asheville. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the natural beauty of the surrounding landscapes. Within a short 10-minute drive, you can reach downtown Hendersonville, where you'll find a variety of shops, cafes, and cultural attractions. If you're a nature lover, the nearby DuPont State Forest (20-minute drive) is a must-see destination, known for its stunning waterfalls and hiking trails. Lake Lure is also nearby and offers opportunities for boating, fishing, and relaxation by the water. A Whispering Stream is located 25 minutes from Asheville Regional Airport and approximately 45 minutes from the gates of the Biltmore Estate, making it an ideal and accessible mountain retreat.

Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

Our book club rented this house for our annual book retreat and it was the perfect spot to unwind. It was large enough that we each found our own reading nook and were able to spread out, but also had a great kitchen and living/dining area to come together to eat and socialize. The management company had great communication and follow-through, as well!

This was one of the best places we found. It accommodates even the older family members as we had our aged parents with us too. Big place to give enough privacy as well as opportunity for lot of group activities. Many near by hiking places and water falls. The host is very understanding and accommodating.

Great house and loved our time there. We would be happy to stay there again. One recommendation would be to replace the garbage can in the kitchen. The foot pedal doesn’t work so you have to open it with you hand
