About this apartment rental
This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with a king bed, two queen beds, two twin day beds. You’re less than fifty yards from the Peru and Argentine ski lifts. It features scenic views from two private balconies. It also has an updated kitchen and a wood-burning fireplace in the living area.
As you enter this second floor walk-up you will find an entryway with mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features modern furniture and a flat screen TV mounted above a wood-burning fireplace. Off of the living area is access to the main balcony where you can enjoy beautiful views of the courtyard on one side.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinetry. The dining area comfortably seats six and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar. Just down the hall you have access to private laundry and detergent is provided for your convenience.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and access to its own private balcony. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops and a glass-enclosed walked-in shower with tile surround. Enjoy the handheld and rainfall shower heads. The first guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a twin-sized daybed and a flat screen TV. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. It also has its own private bathroom. The second guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV and a private bathroom that can also be used by guests. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The third guest bedroom is off the main living area and features a twin-sized day bed. It also has its own entrance to the main balcony.

Property was great - clean, comfortable and close to the lifts. The check in process after-hours is a disaster. If you can pick up your keys while the office is open, it works. If not, the process is a **** shoot and you shouldn’t expect much in terms of help.

The house was exactly as described online and very comfortable. We did, however, have a major problem with the parking arrangements. I called weeks in advance and even drove to the property a week before to make sense of how a condo that sleeps nine only allows one car to park. In the winter ski months, I understand that parking may be limited, but this condo community felt like a literal ghost town in June. We had to pay $25 a day to park a mile away from our condo, which meant shuttling each other to cars every day of our stay. This was so inconvenient we would not book this condo again. We would’ve happily paid extra to park on site in one of the hundreds of available spaces near our condo. This, plus having to drive to Breckenridge every day to find anything to do, means you’re better off just staying in Breck if you’re looking to book this condo in the summer.
