- No House Parties or Chaperoned Groups: House parties are strictly prohibited. We do not allow chaperoned groups of any kind.
- Unit Rating: Well-Maintained, Comfortable & Appealing
- Parking: This property includes one parking space for the unit. Additional parking is available on the grass between Mitchell Drive and the fence. Vehicles must park facing north, and all 4 tires must be on the grass; any vehicle not meeting these conditions may be towed. Please note that parking along the street is metered, and a fee applies. There are also nearby parking garages where additional parking can be arranged.
- Fireworks & Laser Pointers: The discharge of fireworks is strictly prohibited on the property. Laser pointers are also prohibited.
- Age Requirement: This unit has a minimum age requirement of 25 years. If booking for a group of individuals, all persons must be 25 years of age or older. This policy does not apply to parents with children, but in those cases, the parents must be over 25.
- Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required for all bookings.

We had a great time and can’t wait to come back. The condo was very clean,quiet at night, I like that it was security watching the vehicles and keeping everyone safe.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was exactly as pictured . Everything you would need for your stay is there. We really liked that it was in close everything. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay there again. was

The kitchen was well appointed with appliances. The rooms were comfortable. However, we could not get the temperature in the condo to reach a comfortable level. In order for the TV in the master bedroom the overhead fan had to be running (no pull cord to shut it or lower the rate of spinning) making the room even chillier.
