About this apartment rental
Unit 1804 in Twin Palms. Reserved parking, Reserved Beach Chairs, Beautiful Condo. We hope you feel relaxed and blissful during your stay. This is a beautiful 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo with no expense spared to provide for your comfort and vacation.
The Master has a King size bed with luxurious bedding and a brand new mattress. Perfect to sink into after a sun soaked day at the beach. The master bath has a beautiful floor to ceiling tile shower with a spa vibe. We hope you appreciate the detail as much as we do.
The 'Kids room' fits 2 Queen beds comfortably and they too are brand new down to the sheets. The 'kids bathroom' also got an upgrade with a new vanity and bead board to give it that beach vibe.
Each room offers flat screen TV's. There is a brand new sectional sofa in the living room to allow 6 to rest their heads from a day at play on the sugary white sands and in the crystal blue waters. The unit is equipped with wireless to keep you up to date with the 'outside world' while on vacation. There is a 50' Flat screen in the living room along with board games and a video library to occupy your time if you must stay in from too much fun in the sun.
Brand new Stainless Steel appliances will make your work in the kitchen less of a chore and more of a joy. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to make family meals or a 'low country boil'.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Unit also has a reserved parking space near elevator. One beach service chair rental set-up is included (during beach service season, 1 Mar - 30 Oct).

We had a great time. In a great location. This condo had everything we needed. Host is great and responded quickly to any issue we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was absolutely amazing. Updated furnishings, spacious, and clean. Owners provided beach chairs, floats, and toys kept in the condo. Having beach service made our stay with two toddlers less stressful with packing less to the beach. Bill (owner) responded quickly to any questions I had and was able to get us in a few hours early for check in. Property itself is well maintained. Pool was never overcrowded or loud commotion. The inside hot tub was not working properly. Water was just slightly warmer than the pool. The kids enjoyed it during the rain though. The only recommendation I have is putting a slide or chain lock on the front door of the condo. My 22 month old son could open the door and there was not a locking mechanism. Overall 10/10 and will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful condo! The location is perfect and it had everything we needed. Bill was so friendly and helpful with everything. I definitely recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Location of property was great and owner was responsive. We’ve stayed a lot of places and this was the least favorite. Master bedroom has a big dip in bed. Couch which was only seating available was uncomfortable. Trash under beds including vapes under beds in 2nd bedroom. Kids found them. No dishrag and only one dish towel. We use the kitchen while we’re there just not what we’re used to. Experience with the property maintenance/security is the worst. After day 1, we left our beach chairs, float and boogie board in front of our car. Nicely stacked together, in no one’s way. Left next morning for ballgame came back few hours later and everything was stolen. Called maintenance/security several times no answer and voicemail not available even though their sign says to leave one! Called again next day and when I said we left our stuff in front of car he got all excited and said “I didn’t work the last two days .. I’ll call you back.” Never did but next morning 1 chair was back in front of my car. Never asked what unit I was in or my name. Multiple phone calls unanswered, tracked him down had another conversation. All so unprofessional, no communication, no signs saying not to leave anything. Obviously they know who does it or how else would they return a chair not knowing if it was mine and why not return the rest of it! Talked with other guests and everyone had something to say about the maintenance/security people.
