About this house rental
Stunning Provencal property with 4 double bedrooms tastefully decorated, nestled in the heart of a sumptuous fully fenced park totally hideaway. The one-hectare park includes a swimming pool, a pool house with bar, a "pétanques" court and a car park.
The villa is composed of 2 levels.
On the ground floor: an entrance, a big bright living room, an office with a big librairy, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a large bedroom (air conditionned) with its own dressing room and private bathroom, all open onto a large covered terrace and the park.
Upstairs is a second bedroom (air conditionned ) with a view of the garden, a "boudoir" area and its private bathroom.
On the garden level, two further bedrooms open onto a beautiful wisteria terrace and share a bathroom, a loo and a dressing room. Laundry room, various storage spaces and portable ACs and fans are available.
The swimming pool, the pool bar and the garden are maintained by the usual operators. A cleaning lady will take care of the weekend cleaning as well as a passage during the week to refresh the house.
The property is less than 5 minutes by car from the center of the charming village of Garde-Freinet and less than 30 minutes by car from Saint-Tropez and its beaches. The house is also located in the middle of a beautiful forest whose paths allow you to take walks, in particular up the hill of Notre-Dame de Miremer to admire a superb view of the entire Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
