About this house rental
The charming home is a 3 bedroom 2 full bath that's been professionally decorated and has exotic tiger hardwood flooring throughout the home, with every detail thought of. The property is on 1 acre completely enclosed with privacy fencing. The elaborate gardens include a Koi pond complete with waterfall and babbling brook. In the evening, the outdoor landscape lighting automatically comes on at dusk, illuminating the outdoor space and pond so you're able to see the gardens and fish swimming at night. During the day watch overhead for Osprey bringing their fresh catch from the bay back to their nest in the park. The 30 acre park adjacent to the home has 2 soccer fields, 1 football field and 3 baseball fields. There is also a gazebo for picnic lunches and a brand new playground for the kids! The park has a walking / running track around the perimeter. Due to the park being adjacent to the house, there is total seclusion for entertaining or quiet time. The beach is down the street with an additional (waterfront) playground next to it. Nothing like being on a swing just feet from the water! There are 4 marinas in a 1 mile radius so, feel free to rent or bring your own boat! I hear time and time again from guests that the photo's don't do the home and property justice! We have had three TV shows filmed on this property. We look forward to your stay with us!

I’ve stayed at many VRBO homes and this was by far the best I’ve experienced. Very well appointed, wonderful backyard experience (We loved the outside lights at night and the koi pond!). Was in town to visit with kids and grandchildren and this was a relaxing and delightful stay. Jodi was lovely and responsive. Well deserving of five stars in every level!

This home was absolutely amazing! The decor was simple and elegant. The home was spacious and perfect for our family of 5. The yard is GIGANTIC with a pond full of real live Koi fish! Gas fire pit, covered patio ect. The bedding was clean and soft, the mattresses were so comfortable. The owner was super hospitable to a point where I felt like I met a new friend! All the appliance were high end and the cookware was nice. PLENTY of parking as 4 cars fit comfortably in the driveway.From the major to the minor details this home was a home away from home for SURE! We host a small gathering of 16 ppl in the back yard for a going away and it was so perfect. This home and owner are on my MUST RETURN list!
