5 MINUTES BY BOAT TO BEST SUNSET LOCATIONS ON LAKE MINNETONKA - VERY CONVENIENT SO YOU CAN USE IT WITHOUT A LONG RIDE. (Robinson bay has a 4 mile view - for over water sunsets).
OTHER BAYS have SHALLOW WATER (5-6 deep) so WEEDS GROW - causing water to smell.
We have a MAIN FLOOR BEDROOM (QUEEN BED). So senior people have easy access to bed and bathroom next to bedroom.

A group of us wanted to escape the heat in Austin,TX and take a trip to our friends home town and this house was absolutely perfect!! Right on the lake with a dock for our friends boat, it’s in an adorable neighborhood and the perfect amount of space for us! It’s one of the only rentals on the lake and it had everything we needed. Such a memorable trip and would recommend to anyone!

This house was a great fit for our family. The house had a beautiful view, was in a great location and close to everything we needed. It was very clean when we arrived, the yard was very beautiful and well kept. The owner was very easy to get a hold of if we needed to contact him with questions. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone and would definitely stay here again.
