Beach house located in a private,
gated community in Dorado with access to private beach.
You can sit back and enjoy the spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean from either one of the two terraces. Swimming, snorkeling ,paddle boarding and kayaking ( we have kayaks and a paddle board, boogie boards and snorkeling equipment available) can be enjoyed at the private beach which is located 20 steps from the house.
There is championship golf course within a 5
minute drive. Dorado has a variety of restaurants all located within a 5-10 minute drive from the house.
Supermarkets and cinemas are readily accessible.
The house has 5 bedrooms which were remodeled in 2018 (all with new A/C's) consisting ;
bedroom #1; king bed, desk and chair, sofa and ensuite bathroom with ensuite bathroom (this bedroom is on the 1st floor); bedroom #2; king bed, balcony with a view of the beach and ensuite bathroom and a roofless shower; bedroom #3, 1 queen bed and a day bed ( 2 twins) , ensuite bathroom and door to the terrace; bedroom#4, king bed with ensuite bathroom; bedroom #5, 1 queen bed, ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace. Bedroom #4 and #5 share a bathroom but they have separate vanities . Tv/game room upstairs also has A/C and sofa bed. The house has 4 full baths with showers (no bathtubs) and one 1/2 bathroom. The kitchen was just renovated in September 2022- all new appliances . Wonderful view of the ocean while you are cooking!

It’s our last morning here. I’m having coffee in the morning sunlight, listening to the waves hit the coral, while my family sleeps in after a late night of fun before we each board our flights home. We feel so lucky to have found this place, and even luckier to have come back for a second visit.From the moment we arrived, we could see how much Diane cares. Even though she was away tending to family matters, she made sure everything was ready for us. The house was spotless, with plenty of towels, condiments, and drinks in the fridge. Outside, there were beach chairs, a kayak, a paddle board, beach toys, and a clean grill waiting for us. The neighborhood feels safe, shops and restaurants are close by, and the ocean view is stunning. The breeze from the water makes it easy to relax and fall asleep to the sound of the waves.I mean it when I say I have real tears in my eyes as I write this. Five stars, no question. Diane’s place isn’t a luxury property, but it's a beautiful and welcoming beach house with everything a family needs and so much more. We’ll definitely be back for a third visit. Thank you, Diane.

A wonderful property that allowed all my adult kids (and their SOs) to stay together yet have there own space as well. The back deck(upper and lower) are right on the ocean where you can watch the waves come in on the rocks. 30 feet from the front door are stairs down to a bay with a sand beach as well. The kitchen was well stocked which allowed us to cook food we got locally. Diane kept in contact the whole trip to make sure everything was perfect and her advice on local groceries and restaurants was great.

We traveled with our family of 8 and spent a week at the beach house. The house and location were amazing! We had everything we needed there.. space to spread out and everyone had their own space, the kitchen was well equipped, beach chairs and umbrellas were provided along with paddle board, kayak, life jackets, beach towels… just everything. Bedrooms were spacious, the upper and lower patios were a wonderful place to hang out and watch the waves and relax after long days. The beach was beautiful and really was just steps away from the house. Diane was the best host. Very attentive, extremely friendly, and offered tons of suggestions to help us navigate our week. Thank you Diane for sharing your beautiful home with us!
