About this house rental
Do you dream of a private, oceanfront villa? This two-story, duplex townhouse offers spectacular unobstructed ocean views from the lanai, the kitchen, the dining/living room area, the upstairs bath, and the master bedroom picture window, WOW! Arguably the best location in the complex. Relax on the lawn, shaded by palm trees. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from your private lanai and be lulled to sleep by the sound of waves.
This home away from home is beautifully updated (full renovation in 2023) and furnished in resort living island motif. All new living room/dining room furniture including a 58" TV and seating for 6. Fully equipped kitchen with white shaker cabinetry, quartz countertops & new stainless steel appliances, including new washer/dryer. Fresh new bedding in both bedrooms, updated flooring throughout, light and airy decor.
The Keauhou-Kona Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community offering tennis/pickle ball courts, swimming pool, bingo pong, BBQ areas, beach access, located adjacent to The Kona Country Club golf course to the south and is within walking distance of the Keauhou Shopping Center and Kahaluu Beach Park to the north for fabulous snorkeling.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed. The mountainside bedroom has twin beds on a common headboard which can be made up as a king-size bed or as two twins. Please let us know your preference prior to your arrival.
Living room, bedroom and bathroom ceiling fans are installed. Beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, tennis & pickle ball rackets, ping pong balls and picnic items are provided. The lanai has a glass-topped table, five patio dining chairs, two chaise lounge sun chairs and 2 additional chairs for watching sunsets while enjoying your favorite beverage and snacking on pupus.
We are registered as a Short Term Vacation Rental (STVR) with the State of Hawaii since 1988 and current updated Affidavit of Compliance with the state.
What do you have to bring? Bring yourselves, casual clothing, slippers, water shoes, swimming suits, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Be prepared for the best vacation ever!

Very nice. Enjoyed being on the water. Very well equipped, probably the best we have experienced. While it was on the upper end of our price range, the overall value was good.

The condo had a beautiful ocean view. We really appreciated all the special touches such as yoga mats, weights, snorkels, beach chairs, tennis rackets and more. Compared to other rentals they had full size shampoo and soap and Saran and baggies. Very nice touches.

Our family throughly enjoyed our time here. We spent many hours on the lanai enjoying the ocean. This townhouse had everything we needed for a great vacation.

The property is situated in a premier location on the water in a quiet, gated community. The Tennis, Pickle ball and ping pong facilities were great. The pool, just across the drive from the unit was well maintained and great.
We used the BBQ units in the property frequently and sat on the lounge chairs overlooking the Pacific Ocean while eating or just decompressing. Very good choice for a relaxing stay.
