About this apartment rental
Come escape to our beautifully decorated condo. The tropical colors of our condo will set you at ease as you're looking out to the beautiful gulf. In the bedroom there is a King-sized bed with an extra comfortable mattress. There is a new living room furniture & a Tommy Bahama chest is in the living room to store your clothes. (No living out of your suitcase). We have a 50 in. Smart TV in the living area & a 42 in TV in the bedroom . Free Internet access. The kids will love the built-in bunks in the hall, also big enough to sleep adults. The kitchen has granite counter tops & is fully equipped if you like to cook. There is a new front load LG washer/dryer in the unit & tile floors throughout the unit. The view is amazing from our balcony.

The condo was very clean; the location and view were outstanding, parking was easy and convenient, elevators were readily available. We left one day early due to our personal preference of sleeping on a firm mattress and our achy backs resulting from sleeping on a softer (but very nice and new) mattress. We are leaving a 5-star rating because the condo is otherwise perfect and we understand people have different preferences for mattresses.

I was very disappointed in the condition of the furniture. The couch was very uncomfortable due to its age. It was just short of being unfit to sit on. The mattress in the bedroom needs to be replaced or at the very least put a pillow top pad on it. The deadbolt lock was broken which presented a security issue. The view was outstanding and the shower was awesome. Based upon the outdated furnishings I probably won’t stay there next year during the Seabreeze Jazz Festival.
