About this house rental
The unique feature of this property is the spectacular panoramic high bluff view of Lake Superior. Our property has direct access to the Blue Jay Vista Trail for both snowmobiles and ATV's. The A-frame structure features vaulted 2-story window views facing east to Lake Superior. Relax or dine on a second-story deck that provides expansive views along the north shore, Lake Superior, and the sun setting through the woods. The A-frame is completely secluded on 6 wooded acres. The property features two outdoor fire pit areas with plenty of seating and fire wood is provided.
Another unique feature is the location. Easy access for groceries, wine and spirits, eateries, and gas. Beaver Bay is close by with more restaurants and shopping. With several state parks nearby, guests will find numerous hiking and biking trails, waterfalls, and scenic views. A snowmobile/ATV trail system is within walking distance of the property.
The A-frame was completed in 2009 and is a perfect blend of new amenities and an 'up north' interior décor complete with log railings, furniture, and tongue & groove throughout. The great room has a vaulted ceiling and panoramic unobstructed views of Lake Superior. Enjoy an even more expansive view from an outdoor seating area on the edge of the bluff.

This place is top notch! The house was extremely clean with all of the amenities we needed. And of course, amazing views of Lake Superior. It was great to drink our morning coffee and track the cargo ships sailing by. Ideally situated to take a day trip down to Duluth or further north to the many sites along the way. Would definitely request this location in the future.

Clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to others.Only complaint is the checkout requirement to empty the dishwasher. It is unreasonable to expect us to sit around waiting 2-3 hours for breakfast dishes to be cleaned in dishwasher. Should just require dsihes to be loaded and dish washer started.
