We were 2 grandparents, 2 kids with spouses and a couple grandkids who all wanted to share the same house but have plenty of space and Topaz house hit the bill. BTW, last time we were here we stayed in Amythyst house and it was equally great. We enjoyed the pool every day, it was 50 feet in front of our place so easy to swim anytime. We took advantage of free kayaks, used on site manager to book fishing trip (caught plenty to eat), several dive and snorkel trips, to have golf carts delivered etc. great little bar/restraint Sun Deck that cooked our freshly caught fish and made custom chicken fingers for the grandkids when they were out of their usual ones. We ate Pizza from Moon bar/resort just down the road but lots of mosquitos there and adults only so we would get the pizza to go. House comes with everything you need for cooking, we ate at least one meal a day at the house, baked birthday cake, make blended drinks nothing lacking in that department. Oh, and the deck was HUGE, overlooked palm trees, beach and ocean, probably the main thing we are missing today, the first day after 2 weeks in Belize. Thanks everyone at La Perla, we returned once, we’ll return again.

We had SUCH a great time at La perla. The Villa is even better than the photos, everyone is very nice and attentive. The only down side is that there isn't much around the place in terms of restaurants and bar, but we did groceries and rented golf carts and this got sorted!

Everything about La Perla and Villa Topaz was amazing! From the spacious rooms to the balconies and all the beautiful decor. Ms. Michaela was such a delight to work with and extremely helpful before arriving and during our entire stay. The Villa was so beautiful, comfortable and aesthetically appealing. It definitely felt like paradise and the views were lovely. Everything was very clean in the home and smelled good upon our arrival. We loved the quiet peaceful environment and how close it was to Secret Beach and various restaurants. Ms. Michaela was so helpful in making our dinner reservations and tropic air reservations and changes. This was the perfect location for our family’s first vacation. The Villa also came equipped with all the kitchen amenities to enjoy meals in the home as well. All of the La Perla staff are top tier! My family and I are extremely grateful! We look forward to booking again in the near future!

We were very disappointed in the quality and condition of the villa plumbing, quality of furnishings and timeliness of our requests on the last two days of our stay. We had a running shower head due to faulty handle internal valve defect that my husband had to perform maintenance on due to no response from anyone on the property. I called, left messages, sent texts, no response. Daily maid service was adequate. We will be requesting compensation disposition for our last night.
